| "A" is for Architectural Elements Dear Friends. One of the lost beauties of today is handcrafted architectural elements. In the past great craftsmen designed these elements for buildings and homes. Hand craved and sculpted these amazing details were added to enhance the structure. From large columns to corbels from statues to carved doors these architectural beauties became part of an era that is difficult to find in the fast builds of today. As homes and buildings of the past are torn down and remodeled for "today's living" many people have begun to salvage these pieces and incorporated them into their homes |
