                   Our final destination takes us to a quaint 

                                 cottage in Norway. 

                    Soothing neutral colors surrounded 

                                 by Old World charm 

                  becomes the perfect backdrop to simply relax.

Open your favorite book and sit for a spell.
This nook was made just for you. 

I have prepared a delectable lunch
 for us on the porch.
Are you hungry?

Yes my friend,
this is your sleeping quarters.
Unpack and unwind
You deserve it.

Dinner is in the Dining Hall
tonight at 7pm.
The local Fisherman have caught us
a spectacular feast

As all vacations at some point come to end. 
I thank you for enjoying 
this journey with me.

Around the World in Four Days

Dear Friends,
     Good morning my Sweet travel companions. With our Passports in hand it's time to head out to Cape Town, South Africa. One of the most beautiful ports in the World. It is from here we embark on an African Safari.

Exotic animals can be spied in the Savanna 

This is no ordinary Safari.
 Culinary Geniuses will be preparing our meals as we dine
on fine china , in beautiful white tents. Hemingway would be envious, Cheers. 

Africa was beautiful
but the shopping bug is biting again.
I have arranged for us to visit the markets in Istanbul 

Beautiful Old World treasures,
oil paintings and woven rugs. Do they
Ship?

Colors and textures
flood my imagination with possibility. Could there be a flying carpet here? That would be a way to travel....

No flying carpet but we have landed safely in England.
A horse ride through the English countryside
will be delightful.

One must dress proper, of course.
Riding jacket, boots, crop and
velvet hat are provided.
We may even catch a glimpse of a Prince.
if we're lucky. 

 A few sips of afternoon tea
and we are off to Ireland

Irish Eyes are smiling
at all the beautiful shades of green.

Our Irish hosts have made us
corned beef and cabbage for supper 

The green hills of Ireland
have been known to be magical. I do believe
I have heard a folktale or two. However, the
landscape is Ireland's true Pot of Gold 

 Wow what an adventure. Are you ready for more? I sure am. Get some rest, I will meet you in the lobby first thing tomorrow as we journey to Norway,

Dear Friends,

     It's time for the Sweetest trip...where in the World shall we start?

                                             How are we going to get there? 

  By plane, by train, by automobile? 

Oh such possibilities,,,

Since we are here in the US , 

let's catch our first train into the city of Chicago.

First stop
Chicago Fire House Station #3

Then perhaps a tour of the industrial warehouse district?

The evening we shall spend at the Chicago Opera, dinner at one of the many exquisite restaurants
 and a stroll through downtown to awe over the ole architectural buildings. 

       What a fabulous day in the City of Chicago. However, the United States has another city filled with mystery, excitement and Old World Charm.  It's time to party in the city of New Orleans'. French Quarter. Grab some beads and a masquerade mask we are on our way to the Big Easy. 

     Carriage lights and horse head hitching posts line the street.
No need for automobiles here.
We're riding in a horse drawn carriage tonight, just for you.

                                Go ahead get your bling on..it's party time. 

A night in New Orleans would not be complete without a little Jazz
to liven up the evening.
Oh "What a Beautiful World "

After all that fabulous night life.
It's time to sail across the Pond to Southern France
for a little R&R at the beach.
Colors as soothing as the ambience....lovely 

Of course no trip to France
would be complete without heading
North into Paris  

A French Flea Market but of course, Oui Oui!

                                  Shopping in Paris....doesn't get more heavenly 
                                 A stop at a little Cafe for a glass of wine 
                                          pared Parisian cuisine, 
                              makes for the most magnificent day.
